You do not have to arrive with a specification. Tell us the date, the venue and roughly how many people are coming, and we will tell you what the room actually requires — including when the answer is less than you were expecting.
Everything is quoted plainly. If a service is not going to earn its place at your event, we will say so rather than sell it to you.
